To request the exchange, the item must be in its original condition (not washed, not used and with original labels and packaging). In the case of socks, the packaging must not have been adulterated (open).

Sanfer lingerie will return the merchandise within 30 days as it is in the same condition that you received it with original labels and packaging.

Shipping charges will not be credited unless the error is on our side.

Return processing can take a few days, please be patient.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE

Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Please note - if you choose the Next Day Shipping option, your items will ship out the same day only if the order is placed by 12noon PST, after that they will ship out the following day. We do not currently offer a next day Saturday delivery option, so orders placed on Friday before 12noon will arrive the following Monday.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, sanferlingerie.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.
